As a design company we work as a true collective, and often we are collectively talking out loud. Sometimes at no one in particular, and sometimes to ourselves. It has created the necessity for company-wide issuing of headphones that we can escape into when needed.

Several months ago, we were approached by the Pujols Family Foundation. Knowing their work and the integrity of the people behind it, we were thrilled to explore opportunities to help their noble cause. Early on, both the foundation and JORD recognized the potential and opportunity to create something special.
